Youth Fest is our fall retreat we offer to students as a spiritual “booster” at the beginning of their school year. It will take place on October 13th + 14th at Camp Cargill, our Summer Camp location. We will hear from Peter Reeves—a brilliant communicator—and get to worship together with students from all over the state. There will be plenty of activities, time for small groups, opportunities for students to develop greater relationships with others, and MORE! Register below!

The WKND is a local youth conference sponsored by local churches in the Bixby/Tulsa area. It’s an affordable opportunity for students to come together, hear from incredible speakers, have powerful moments of worship, and grow together with other students from our area! The cost is only $35 per student. Students will be dropped off and picked up from the PAC. Registration is now available by clicking here!
Youth FEST will take place this year in YUKON, OK on October 14-15th. Students from around the state come together to worship and grow in the fall. We will have incredible speakers, amazing worship, food truck vendors, outdoor games, and much more. The cost is $110 per person and covers transportation, lodging, and breakfast on Saturday. On May 1st, we are going to celebrate all our Kindergarten, High School and College Graduates during our services. We will celebrate our Kindergarten graduates at 9am and all other graduates at 10:45am at Bixby. If you would like your Kindergartener to participate, please email Jillian Gosselin.

We are having a Family Worship Night at the Bixby location! All generations of kids and adults are coming together to seek the Lord in worship and prayer in the auditorium. This service is like nothing we’ve ever done before and will be led by all ages. Don’t miss it!
There will be a meeting for anyone interested in being a part of the Foster and Adoptive Ministry on Wednesday, March 23rd at 6:30pm. This ministry has multiple teams that provide support for families in our church that are fostering or have adopted children (including providing meals, essential items, prayer, respite care, and support). We’ll see you in the Conference Room at the Bixby location that evening.

Each year, Woodlake Youth sets goals—as a group and as individual students—at our annual Speed The Light Rally. This year the rally will be held at Owasso First Assembly on January 16th. We want every 6-12th grade student to join us for a night with incredible speakers, connecting with other students in our surrounding area, and setting goals for how God is going to use our Students in 2022. We will be leaving the Bixby Location at 5:30pm and arriving back at 9:15pm. Food provided!

Youth Fest is a once-a-year opportunity for students from around the state to hear from great speakers, and worship together! This year it will be taking place in Yukon Oklahoma, October 15-16th. We travel in a bus from our church down there, students get to stay overnight with other students from our church and develop friendships that will last a lifetime. The cost is $105 per student. Reggie Dabbs will be here on Sunday, September 12th for our Sunday morning services. That night we are hosting THE RALLY, a youth and young adult gathering featuring Reggie. We will have food, games, giveaways, and a powerful service. After the rally, we will be having the AFTER PARTY for Young Adults where we'll have plenty of food and more giveaways just for our college aged students. The doors open at 4:30pm for games, the service starts at 5:30pm, and the after party begins at 7pm.
An evening full of games, smashing, and Josh's Sno Cones for all Kids and Students! No really, Pastors Brady and Brian will be smashing stuff thrown from the top of the roof! Join us in the South Parking lot and West Drive.
If you are fostering or have adopted children, join us for a night of support on August 11th at 6:30pm. This night you will be around others in the same walk of life, for support, encouragement, and advice. Join them in the Bixby Volunteer Lounge that night.

We will have incredible speakers, amazing worship, food truck vendors, outdoor games, and much more. The cost is $95 per person and covers transportation, lodging, and breakfast on Saturday. Woodlake Youth's big sermon series and contest throughout September is entitled Battle of the Sexes. This annual Youth small group competition is happening September 9th-30th. Each week all the guys will compete against all the girls to see who can earn the most points! Winners will get a day trip to Cinergy (bowling, ax throwing, escape rooms, movie, arcade, food) for FREE! The games begin at 6:30 pm on Wednesdays.
We will be having a parent meeting for parents of all youth students on Sunday, August 30. We will be discussing important information as we get ready for a brand new school year! This meeting will be at the Bixby location right after the 10:30 am service in the Sanctuary.
If you have a student going into 6th grade this fall, Woodlake Youth is hosting a pool party just for them on August 16th from 5-7 pm. Our end of school year plans may be different than we planned, but we are going to CELEBRATE all our high school and college graduates in a BIG way on June 28th! On January 19th at 6:30 pm, our Bixby location will be hosting our Sectional Speed The Light Rally. Speed the Light is the youth portion of the Assemblies of God Missions program. It supplies necessary vehicles and tools for missionaries on the field. The Rally is a night where churches from all around the Tulsa metro area come together, have incredible worship, and hear from amazing speakers and missionaries. At the end of the night, we decide what our goal for missions will be for 2020. Make sure your student is there!
Woodlake Youth are having a Parent Informational Meeting in the Bixby auditorium immediately following our 10:30 am service. This meeting will provide you with a calendar of upcoming events, mission trips, camp information, Fine Arts info, and more!
Woodlake Youth’s New Year’s party is happening on December 31st at Incredible Pizza. There will be unlimited pizza and drinks, games, laser tag, bowling and more! The cost per student is only $20. Oklahoma Youth Convention "Convergence" will be taking place at People’s Church in Oklahoma City on October 18th - 19th. The cost is $80, which includes transportation, lodging, and 2 meals. Students will be responsible for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights (Fast Food). We will be staying at the Best Western Inn off Memorial in OKC Friday night. We will leave Bixby campus at 3:00PM on Friday the 18th. We will return to Bixby campus at 6:00PM on Saturday the 19th.
