FAM: Foster &
Adopt Ministry
Raising a family—whether through birth, foster care, or adoption—is one of life's greatest adventures. But it was never meant to be a solo journey. At Woodlake, we’re a church family who walks alongside you every step of the way.
Foster. Adopt. Support.
We care about children needing families because God cares about them – and He adopted us into His family.
Some are called to foster. Some to adopt. Some to support.
Our hope is that our marriage events, family events, and resources help our church families grow together.

Foster & Adoptive Parent Support Group
If you're a foster or adoptive parent (or considering becoming one), you belong here. Our support group meets multiple Sundays during the 9:30 am service throughout the year. This is a lifeline of encouragement from parents who truly understand your journey.

CarePortal is a platform that lets DHS workers post vetted needs from families in the DHS system, so we as individual families, churches, and businesses, can respond and meet these specific needs as they arise. We would love to have you join us as a "responder"! As a "responder," you will receive one or two weekly e-mails with a need close by. If this is something you can help with, you respond to that need and are connected with the social worker. This is such a practical way to show the love of Christ as you meet these physical needs!
